Die Villa ist ein spektakuläres Anwesen, das sich direkt am Meer befindet und raffiniert gestaltet ist.
Die auf drei Ebenen neu erbaute Villa ist ein herausragendes Beispiel der modernen dalmatinischen Architektur. Das Haus ist luxuriös und elegant und wurde mit dem Besten von allem geschaffen, von den markanten Kristallleuchtern über die feinsten Steinspülen bis hin zu wunderschönen Stoffen und modernen Möbeln. Sorgfältig durchdacht von einem Innenarchitekten, wurde Aufmerksamkeit den Details und dem Komfort geschenkt. Gebaut als ein Familienhaus, das eine moderne Familien widerspiegelt, verfügt es über große und unglaublich helle und luftige Räume, die auf weitläufige Terrassen führen, die teilweise im Schatten liegen, komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr gut für das Wohnen im Freien ausgestattet sind.
Die Villa verfügt über einen Liegeplatz für Besucherboote. Größere Schiffe können in der Bucht oder im Hafen von Sumartin vor Anker gehen. Ein Boot und ein Skipper können täglich gemietet werden, so dass die Gäste zu anderen Inseln transportiert werden können und eine große Auswahl an Wassersportarten erleben können.
Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer befinden sich vor dem Haupteingang. Beide profitieren von hohen Glasfenstern, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Berge bieten. Verdunkelungsvorhänge, die für Sonnenstrahlen geöffnet sind, lassen warmes Licht in den Raum ein. Gegenüber dem Bett ist der Fernseher, der mit dem zentralen Satelliten verbunden ist. Beide Schlafzimmer haben einen eigenen großen Balkon mit eigener Sitzecke, in der die Gäste frühstücken oder einfach nur in ihre eigene Privatsphäre flüchten können. Die Badezimmer sind ein erhabener Ausdruck der dezenten Opulenz.
Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche öffnen sich zu einer Außenterrasse. Durch Falttüren aus Glas wird der Boden zum offenen Raum und schafft so ein Wohnumfeld im Freien. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, innen oder draußen zu speisen. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich ein Weinkeller in Glas, ein Medienraum und ein Büro.
Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Terrassentüren führen zu der Hauptterrasse und bieten einen Panoramablick auf das Meer bieten. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch ein eigenständiges Spa mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Fitnessraum.
