Die Villa ist ein neu erbautes Anwesen auf drei Ebenen, nur 5 km von der historischen Stadt Korčula entfernt. Eines der wichtigsten Highlights des Anwesens sind mit Sicherheit raumhohe Fenster, die einen unübertroffenen Blick über die Bucht und die Halbinsel Pelješac bieten. Das gesamte Anwesen ist luxuriös und elegant gestaltet und wurde mit dem Besten von allem ausgestattet, von herausragenden Kristallleuchtern bis hin zu feinsten Steinwaschbecken, wunderschönen Stoffen und modernen Möbeln.

Auf der Eingangsebene befinden sich zwei restauriert eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad neben der Haupteingangshalle. Beide genannten Schlafzimmer können auf einen großen Balkon mit atemberaubender Aussicht geöffnet werden. In der mittleren Etage verfügen die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer über große Kingsize-Betten, die zu zwei Einzelbetten umgebaut werden können.

Große und unglaublich helle und luftige Zimmer öffnen sich zu weitläufigen Terrassen, die teilweise beschattet und komfortabel eingerichtet sind. Der Infinity-Pool mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht ist eine wirklich stressfreie Zone. Unterhalb des Poolbereichs kann man sich auf den Liegestühlen sonnen oder einfach auf die Paddelbretter oder Kanus springen, was wirklich einer der Vorteile des direkten Zugangs zum Meer ist. Außerdem verfügt die Villa über einen Liegeplatz für den Besuch von Booten und größeren Schiffen. Ein Boot und ein Skipper können täglich gemietet werden, so dass die Gäste zu anderen Inseln transportiert werden und eine breite Palette von Wassersportarten erleben können.
