Die Villa ist von einem gepflegten Garten umgeben und befindet sich in der Elite-Gegend von Split mit viel Grün und selbst bei heißem Wetter ist die Hitze nicht zu spüren. Dies ist eine brandneue, moderne Villa mit einem Swimmingpool mit Holzschaukeln zum Entspannen, einem Pavillon mit Kamingrill, in dem Sie ausgezeichnete Gerichte zubereiten können, einem Whirlpool und einem Swimmingpool sowie einer Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 800 m², die Villa selbst ist 180 m² groß und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschküche, Spielzimmer mit Pool, Minibar, TV und es ist ideal für 6+2 Personen. Es ist eine einstöckige Villa mit Sauna und Dusche - perfekt, um sich verwöhnen zu lassen. Auf beiden Seiten ist die Villa von einem Kiefernwald umgeben, so dass der Innenhof und der Poolbereich mit viel Grün  geschmückt ist.
 
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es auch einen geräumigen Bereich, der in eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich und einen Wohnbereich mit einem großen Sofa und einem Fernseher unterteilt ist. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett, einen großen Schrank, einen Fernseher und ein Badezimmer (mit Badewanne).
 
Zweites Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, TV und Bad (mit Dusche).
 
Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Etagenbett und einem Einzelbett, aus dem ein weiteres Bett nach vorne herausgezogen werden kann. Dieses Zimmer hat auch ein Badezimmer.
