Dieser Villa ist ein Mediterranes traditionelles Steinhaus, mehr als 100 Jahre alt, komplett renoviert, in dem man den Geist der Vergangenheit auf jedem Schritt spüren kann.

Die Villa mit Pool befindet sich in Privlaka, auf einem Grundstück von 1600 m2, umgeben von Weinbergen, Oliven und Feigenbäumen, nur 700 Meter vom schönen Sandstrand entfernt.

Unter den Olivenbäumen im Garten liegt ein Swimmingpool von 32 m2, eine reine Oase der Erfrischung und Entspannung. Neben dem Pool befindet sich die 60 m2 große Terrasse, die direkt vor der Villa liegt.

Die Einrichtung der Villa ist einzigartig mit handgemachten Möbeln, und das Innere der Villa verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Küche, Esszimmer, drei Schlafzimmer, eine Badezimer und ein WC. Die Zimmer bieten zusätzlich Platz für zwei Zustellbetten, so dass die Villa insgesamt bis zu 8 Personen aufnehmen kann.

Villa ist klimatisiert, verfügt über kostenlose Wi-Fi und Sat-TV.

Hinter der Villa gibt es Parkplätze für 2 Autos und einen großen Garten mit Blick auf eine der schönsten alten Kirche in Dalmatien - Sv. Vid.

    Beautiful villa in a beautiful country! We stayed in this villa as a family of four and it suited us perfectly. It is beautiful and very clean and the owner was very helpful. If you like nature this is a perfect beach holiday, lots of beaches to explore and National Parks to visit. You do need a car to stay here. One important thing to note is that the photo’s of the outside of the villa do not do it justice. The gardens are much more mature than shown with lovely areas of shade under fig and olive trees, there is also a built in BBQ and shaded gazebo area with a large table and chairs, perfect for eating under and playing cards etc. plus two rustic wooden swings for the children! Perfect place to stay for four people with two teenage children who had a large air conditioned room each upstair

    Stunning villa with lovely friendly owners! We stayed in this stunning villa which is situated in a lovely quiet location as a group of 6. Although there is a main road by the villa we barely noticed it. It had a lovely pool area outside which was surrounded by olive and fig trees. This meant we didn’t have any other villas too close to us and was very private. The owners where extremely friendly and welcoming and very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. The villa was only a short 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach which was easy to find. There was also a lovely BBQ area outside, although we did think the outside table didn’t live up to the standards of the rest of the villa. All 3 of the bedrooms where good sizes, with lovely decor and comfy beds. Only 2 of the rooms have air con, with the third bedroom being too hot to sleep in, so it is a shame this room doesn’t have it too. Everything in the villa was clearly very well looked after making our overall stay very enjoyable in this idyllic villa with lovely owners and would definitely return.

    Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool ist wirklich ein Traum... Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

    Tolles Domizil mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Der Pool lädt zum Baden einfach ein und gerade mit Kindern war es eine tolle Alternative, wenn mal mal nicht zum Strand will oder abends einfach nochmal plantschen. Die Besitzer waren super nett und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zum Frühstücken draußen sitzen und abends im gemauerten Grill selbst etwas zubereiten, kein Problem. Die beiden oberen Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, aber auch der untere Schlafraum bietet mit einem großen Deckenventilator eine gute Abkühlungsmöglichkeit. Moderne Waschmaschine und Küchengeräte (Induktionsherd) runden das Ganze ab. Toll das gute freie W-Lan.\nDas Haus liegt umwerfend direkt neben einer kleinen sehr gepflegten Kapelle. Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Strand (allerdings durch Schotter nicht unbedingt geeignet für Kinderwagen). Aber es gibt in der Umgebung viele kleine Buchten zu erkunden. Schön wären noch ein paar Fahrräder vor Ort gewesen, für den schnellen kleinen Einkauf in Privlaka, da es doch eine weitere Strecke bis in den Ort ist, und man nicht unbedingt immer das Auto benutzen will. Die Schnellstraße direkt hinter dem Grundstück, die zur Halbinsel Vir führt, hat uns nicht gestört. Vielen Dank für einen schönen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die Zeit zur Erholung sehr genossen!
