Die romantische Villa befinder sich in der Kvarner Bucht, an Insel Krk. Das Haus verfügt über 233m2 Wohnfläche und einem Außenbereich von 2.500 m2. Der ganze Hof ist mit einer Steinwand umzaunt, damit Ihre Kinder sorgenfrei spielen können.

Die Villa besteht aus 5 komfortablen Zimmern (jedes Zimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett und eigenes Bad). Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Esstisch für 10 Personen und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Villa ist mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Antikmöbel eingerichtet, die einen Hauch von vergangenen Zeiten spüren lassen.
Vor der Villa befindet sich ein großzügiger Pool (36 m2), daneben finden Sie eine Terrasse mit Tisch als perfekter Treffpunkt für das Beisammensein mit der Familie und Freunden.
Die Villa ist von Olivenbäumen und bezaubernden Mittelmeerpflanzen umgeben, und beinhaltet eine Schaukel, Tischtennisplatte, Grillanlage und Parkplätze für 4 Fahrzeuge.

Das kleine Dorf Skrbčići wo Villa befindet, liegt im Herzen der Insel und ist ideal, für all diejenigen, die aus dem hektischen Alltag und Stress entfliehen möchten. Schön saubere Luft, Vogelgezwitscher und ist morgens Glocken der Dorfkirche, das einzige, was Sie hören. 
Die Insel Krk ist die größte Insel an der Adria, und ist voll von Attraktionen, die Ihre Aufmerksamkeit für nur 5-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu allen Standorten beschäftigen wird. Autobahn und Flughafen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe entfernt. Krk Stadt hat wunderschöne alte Kirchen, alten Stadtmauern, Türmen und den Resten der alten Römer, Stadt Vrbnik ist für ihre Weinberge und ausgezeichnete Weine, Punat mit der größten Yachthafen an der Adria und Insel Košljun mit dem berühmten Franziskanerkloster mit einem Museum bekannt.
Baška hat einen der größten Sandstrände und ein Aquarium, Bucht Soline hat gesunden Schlamm und Höhle Biserujka. An all diesen Orten gibt es viele Restaurants, wo man frischen Fisch, Wein und andere Spezialitäten zu probieren, machen Sie einen Ausflug mit der Fischerei und Touristenboote und mit Delphinen schwimmen kann oder sich Kinder mit einem U-Boot (die Stadt Krk) zu reiten.

    BEWERTUNG:

    Was kann man da sagen außer - Perfekt! Das Haus ist der Hammer und es ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben echt viel zu viel Dinge mitgenommen, die wir nicht benötigten, weil einfach alles da ist. Der Griller ist ein quasi nagelneuer Weber Kugelgrill und perfekt für einen schönen Grillabend. Die oberen 2 Schlafzimmer haben auch noch eine Klimaanlage, was bei diesen Temperaturen perfekt war. Pool, Liegen und Solardusche waren ebenfalls super :) Hervorheben möchte ich die Hausbesitzerin, die uns bei allen Fragen und Wünschen zur Verfügung gestanden ist - Danke nochmal!
