Im Ort Ogulin, am Rand der See, liegt diese brandneue luxuriöse kroatien Villa. Wenn Sie am Morgen gerne mal auf die Terrasse gehen, die kristallklare Luft einatmen und die Schwäne auf dem See beobachten wollen, ist diese Villa eine gute Wahl.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett und in 2 Zimmern sind zwei zusätzliche Betten für eine Person eingesetzt. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Sofa-Bett, wo zwei Personen schlafen können. Das Haus kann insgesamt bis zu 10 Personen aufnehmen. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und Fernsehen. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine weitere Toilette vorhanden.
Im geräumigen und modernen Wohnzimmer steht ein Kamin, der für eine romantische Atmosphäre in den Wintermonaten sorgt.

Vor der Villa liegt eine Terrasse von 50 m2, wo sich ein großer Pool mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See und die unberührte Natur befindet. Ein Tisch für Tischtennis steht auch zur Verfügung.
