Die Villa befindet sich im ruhigen westlichen Teil der Stadt Hvar nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt, in der Sie viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants finden. Die Villa ist mit den attraktivsten, modernsten Möbeln ausgestattet und bietet Platz für acht Personen. Sie ist ideal für Familienferien oder Gruppen von Freunden. 
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Küche und ein Essbereich, der in den Wohnbereich führt. Der Essbereich öffnet sich zum Essbereich im Freien und beleuchtet den Raum mit natürlichem Licht, perfekt für eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist mit allen modernen Geräten ausgestattet, so dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes hausgemachte Speisen zubereiten können.
Die Außenterrasse ist ideal, um Zeit mit Ihren Lieben zu verbringen und das mediterrane Klima zu genießen. Der große private Pool bietet Platz zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden sowie zum Abkühlen. Der Zugang zu diesem Bereich erfolgt nicht nur über die französischen Türen im Erdgeschoss, sondern auch über die Terrasse im ersten Stock.
Die Terrasse im ersten Stock ist mit einem der vier Schlafzimmer in der Villa verbunden. Diese Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Die vier Doppelzimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet und bieten viel Stauraum. Es gibt auch 4 moderne Badezimmer in der Villa mit Badewanne und Dusche, von denen einige mit den Schlafzimmern verbunden sind. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine in einem der Badezimmer, so dass diese Villa zu einem wahren Zuhause außerhalb der eigenen Wohnung wird.
