Die Villa ist in zwei Stockwerke unterteilt: das Erdgeschoss und das erste Stockwerk. Das Erdgeschoss dieser Villa ist als Entspannungs- und Geselligkeitsbereich konzipiert und dient als Garten mit Garten, ideal, um Zeit mit Freunden oder Verwandten zu verbringen. Ein schöner Blick von der geräumigen Terrasse erstreckt sich auf die Elaphiten-Inseln - Sipan, Kolocep und Lopud. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind mit Gartenmöbeln und einem speziellen überdachten Essbereich ausgestattet.
 
Eine Glastür trennt das geräumige Wohnzimmer von der Terrasse, die mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet ist. Neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein modernes Esszimmer. Alternativ können Sie auch draußen auf der Terrasse speisen. Der Essbereich im Innenbereich ist mit einer kleinen Küche verbunden, die mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet ist. Außerdem hat das Erdgeschoss ein Badezimmer. Von dieser Ebene führen die Steinstufen zu einem Strand, der sich an heißen Sommertagen perfekt zum Genießen und Erfrischen eignet.

Das vierte und letzte Schlafzimmer ist kleiner und mit einem Einzelbett und Blick auf den Garten ausgestattet. Auf der gleichen Etage befindet sich auch ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche.
