Im kleinem Dorf, auf der Insel Krk in Kroatien befindet sich diese romantische Villetta mit einem Schwimmbad. Das Haus hat 115 m2, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer.

Im Erdgeschoss der Villa befindet sich ein Esszimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine) und Doppelzimmer. Die Innentreppe führt zu zwei weiteren Doppelschlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern.

Der zentrale Teil des Hofes befindet sich in einem Pool und am Fuße des Pools gibt es sechs Liegestühle, eine überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill. Der Innenhof der Villetta ist voller Olivenbäume und anderer mediterraner Vegetation.

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Umgebung, 2 km vom Strand entfernt und verfügt über Klimaanlage und kostenfreiem WLAN.

Das nächste Restaurant und Geschäft erreichen Sie nach 400 m.

Von der Villa aus können Sie die gesamte Insel erkunden, denn alle Orte auf der Insel Krk sind 10-25 Autominuten entfernt. Die Insel Krk ist bekannt für ihr kristallklares Meer, Radwege, gute Küche und Weine, historische Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für alle Naturliebhaber und Touristenattraktionen, die diese Insel bietet.

Die kleine Stadt Skrpčići, in der sich dieses Ferienhaus befindet, ist ideal für diejenigen, die dem Alltag und dem Stress entfliehen möchten. Die Stadt Krk hat schöne alte Kirchen, Stadtmauern, Türme und Überreste der alten Römer, Vrbnik ist berühmt für seine Weinberge und ausgezeichneten Weine, Punat hat den größten Yachthafen an der Adria, die Insel Kosljun's berühmtes Franziskanerkloster und Museum, Baška hat einer der größten Sandstrände an der Adria und Aquarium, Soline Bucht, gesunden Schlamm und Höhle von Biserujka. In all diesen Orten gibt es viele Restaurants, wo Sie frischen Fisch, Wein und andere Spezialitäten probieren können, Ausflüge mit Angeln und Touristenbooten buchen und eine U-Bootfahrt unternehmen können.

BEWERTUNG:

Großes Haus, viel Platz, Küche gut eingerichtet, schöner Pool. Ein Stern Abzug bei der Lage, wegen der nahen Straße zum Fährhafen, die man zum Glück nicht sieht, aber doch öfter hört. Steht aber nicht im Vordergrund, es hat uns nicht wesentlich gestört. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt, wären gerne länger geblieben bzw. würden gerne wiederkommen.

BEWERTUNG:

Schönes und toll eingerichtetes Haus mit Pool. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Bei Anfragen hilft der Eigentümer sofort wo er nur kann. Super geeignet für 2 kleine Familien, da die Einliegerwohnung im Souterrain mit separatem Bad und kleinem Wohnzimmer ausgestattet ist. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit 2 Restaurants und einer kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeit, diese sind zu Fuß (in 5 Minuten) erreichbar. Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier sehr gut gefallen!

Die Lage ist ruhig gelegen in einer em kleinen Ort. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Wir waren mit zwei Familien da, also 8 Personen, davon 4 Kinder von 1-6 Jahren. Da mussten etwas kreativ werden um das Haus kindersicher zu machen, aber alles machbar! Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Rundum sind wir zufrieden!
