Im Erdgeschoss der Villa gibt es eine Küche, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und ein Zimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer besteht die Möglichkeit das Sofa auszuziehen.
Auf der ersten Etage befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, zwei mit Kingsize-Betten und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und eine separate Klimaanlage.
Das Wohnzimmer führt zu einer überdachten Terrasse, die Sie bei jedem Wetter nutzen können. Gleich daneben befindet sich ein überdachter Grill mit Außenbar. Im Hof des Hauses befindet sich ein großer Swimmingpool (60 m2), umgeben von viel Grün, wo Sie Zeit mit Ihrer Familie und Freunden verbringen können.
Die Villa verfügt über WLAN und 4 überdachte Parkplätze.
Es befindet sich im zentralen Teil der Insel, von wo aus Sie bequem alle umliegenden Orte erreichen können, wo Sie das Meer, das Grün, das historische und gastronomische Angebot genießen können. Das Restaurant ist 4 km entfernt, der Strand 5 km und das Geschäft 600 m.

Autobahn und Flughafen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe (wir bieten kostenlosen Transfer vom Flughafen) entfernt. Krk Stadt hat wunderschöne alte Kirchen, alten Stadtmauern, Türmen und den Resten der alten Römer. Stadt Vrbnik ist für ihre Weinberge und ausgezeichnete Weine, Punat mit der größten Yachthafen an der Adria und Insel Košljun mit dem berühmten Franziskanerkloster mit einem Museum bekannt. Baska hat einen der größten Sandstrände und ein Aquarium, Bucht Soline mit gesunden Schlamm und Höhle Biserujka. An all diesen Orten gibt es viele Restaurants, wo man frischen Fisch, Wein und andere Spezialitäten zu probieren, machen Sie einen Ausflug mit der Fischerei und Touristenboote und mit Delphinen schwimmen kann oder sich Kinder mit einem U-Boot (die Stadt Krk) zu reiten.
