Die Villa  befindet sich in der romantischen Altstadt von Dobrinj und  hat zwei Eingänge, einen im Erdgeschoss und einen im ersten Stock.

Im ersten Stock befinden sich ein Sitzbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großer Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf Kvarner, das Meer und das Grün.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa (160x200), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (160x200). Satellitenfernsehen ist verfügbar. Auf dem Dachboden befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (160x200) und einem eigenen Bad. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich auf dem Dachboden und WLAN ist in der gesamten Villa verfügbar.

Die Villa verfügt über einen Garten mit Whirlpool und eine Außenküche mit Grill, Esstisch, Liegestühlen und Dusche. Neben dem Haus steht den Gästen ein Garten mit Bio-Gemüse zur Verfügung. Den Gästen der Villa stehen außerdem zwei MTB-Fahrräder mit Abstellraum zur Verfügung.
